Kids of the picky persuasion will balk at being forced to eat, or even look at, a vegetable. The mere sight of something green on my daughter's plate can, quite literally, bring her to tears.More

Reader Reviews

Very Helpful IdeasI am a mom of a 2yr old boy and when I was pregnant I received a ton of old books from a friend who didn't want them anymore. Among others in the pile were this book, one called "The Everything Organic Cooking for Baby and Toddler" and "Healthy Baby Happy Home".

I read through them all and found tons of good info and great recipe ideas. My son will eat certain veggies but others he won't even consider trying. Some of the recipes in this book make it so easy to "hide" veggies (spinach in brownies!) and other healthy stuff in the food that he can't even tell. Each of these books has something good to offer, "Everything Organic" has great recipe ideas and "Healthy Baby" is good for moms who are just starting to switch over to organics and has great info on what processed foods have in them.

Of all 3, "The Sneaky Chef" is a good read for help with young kids who are picky eaters so moms can stop stressing in the kitchen.
