Any who take issue with the facts presented by Nick Turse will quickly be confronted by meticulous research that defy dispute. Those who wish to ignore, or continue to sweep under the carpet the policies, initiated and ingrained in our young soldiers, that account for behavior that American Patriots find hard to comprehend, doom current day troops to the same tragedy.
For all the concerned Soldiers who felt duty bound to try to expose the kill anything that moved behaviors, who suffered ridicule, ostracization, and in some cases fratricide. Turse brings a measure of solace, that they were not alone and are given a dutiful salute for their valor in conflict and in conscience.
