SUKEY'S AUDIO FAVORITE If you're looking for a super-summer listen, look no further. D.W. Buffa's third legal thriller, The Judgment, is a true cassette-flipper (that's the audio equivalent of page-turner). Unabridged with 14 compelling hours and read with impeccable pace by Dennis Pedrovic, this tale is chock-a-block with courtroom drama, psychological intrigue and some bittersweet middle-aged romance. Buffa is a prodigious plotter, so much so that he can throw in a few background events that other authors would cling to for dear life. Joseph Antonelli, who has starred in the previous books, is back and as brilliant as ever as he gets to the strange, convoluted truth behind the murder of two judges, both stabbed in the courthouse parking garage.
